Academic students

Application Time and Procedure

The application period is from December 1 to May 20 each year.

Prepare all required documents and complete the application process on BUPT

website (https://bupt.17gz.org/) (The original documents must be presented when

applicants arrive at campus) OR mail all documents to us (Mailing address: Postbox

211, International Office, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, 10#

Xitucheng Road, Haidian District, Beijing, P. R. China, Postcode:100876).

All application materials will be reviewed by the university. Once the application

is approved, BUPT will send BUPT Admission Notice and the Application Form for

Students from Overseas (JW 202 Form for short) and mail the two documents to

successful applicants.

The applicant goes in person to Chinese Embassy in his or her own country to

apply for a (X) visa to study in China with the following materials: JW 202 Form,

BUPT Admission Notice, Physical Examination Record for Foreigners;After going through the above application procedures, the applicant shall enroll

in BUPT within the time notified in the BUPT.
